Exchange and Refund Policy
The return process is easy. Customers can return the damaged shoes via shipment to our office (Room 802, 8/F, Yue Xiu Building, 160-174 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong) within 7 days after purchase.
1. Shipping cost of the damaged shoes:
For online customers:
If you find that the LED light or the surface of the shoes is damaged right after receiving it, or if the LED light is damaged, you can enjoy a one-time free shipping service from Besson Joujou Hong Kong. Please bring your damages shoes to the following address: Room 802, 8/F, Yue Xiu Building, 160-174 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. We will ship you back a new pair of shoes after receiving your damaged pairs. Please note that if you are an international customer, you have to pay for the tax and other related costs according to the countries.
Shipping cost of the incorrect size ordered shoes:
For online customers:
If you find that the size of the shoes is not right after receiving it, you can enjoy a one-time exchange service from Besson Joujou Hong Kong. Please ship your incorrect size shoes to our warehouse, please notice you will have to pay for the shipping fee,please contact us for the exchange. We will ship you back a new pair of shoes after receiving your item,customer will also need to pay for the shipping fee. Please note that if you are an international customer, you have to pay for the tax and other related costs according to the countries.
Please notice that all the exchange item must be fully packed with tags on and not be worn outside.
2. Rules of returning/ exchanging shoes
Please note that customers have to return/ exchange their damaged shoes by the whole set (the damaged pair of shoes, USB port and shoe box) within 3 months after purchase. Each customer can only exchange once for their products. Please make sure the exchanging pair is protected well by putting the shoe box into another box. And the returning shoes should be brand new without dirt.
3. Cancellation of online products
We accept cancellation of products only before we have prepared your items. Once the product is shipped, you cannot cancel your order online. The refund of the canceled item will be done within 7 working days after we receive your notice. If you want to change your order details, please call us or Whatsapp us at +852 55419026, or send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible.
4. If the purchased products are damaged due to a long period of wearing, or any other artificial reasons, it is not treated as damaged products. Customers cannot exchange or return products in this situation. If we receive this kind of product from customers, we will return it to the original address, and customers are responsible for the shipping fee.
5. Delay of returning shoes
Please return us back your damaged items within 28 days after your purchasing date. Besson Joujou Hong Kong will make the final decision on the acceptance of damaged shoes that are returned later than this period.
6. Lost of products
Besson Joujou Hong Kong will not be responsible for the cost of products lost during delivery.
